בקצרה

אפליקציית "מעקב מים" ("האפליקציה") נבנתה כך שהנתונים שלך נשארים אצלך. אין חשבון, אין שרת של האפליקציה שאוסף נתונים, אין כלי אנליטיקה ואין פרסומות. השרת היחיד של האפליקציה רק מעביר שאלות ל-AI, אם בחרת לשאול, ולא שומר אותן. כל מה שנרשם נשמר באחסון של הדפדפן, במכשיר שלך.

האפליקציה פותחה ומופעלת על ידי ליאב, בעל האפליקציה (להלן "אנחנו"). פרטי הקשר מופיעים בסוף העמוד.

אילו נתונים נשמרים, ואיפה

• רישומי השתייה (כמות, סוג משקה ושעה), היעד וההגדרות.
• אם הזנת אותם: שם פרטי, משקל, הערות לימים, צבע שתן, הרגלים ותזכורות.
• הכול נשמר ב-localStorage של הדפדפן, במכשיר בלבד. אם הפעלת נעילה בקוד, הנתונים מוצפנים (AES-256-GCM).
• הוספה מהירה מהמסך הנעול נשמרת לזמן קצר בלי הצפנה, ורק כזמן וכמות, עד שהאפליקציה נפתחת.
• תמונת רקע, אם בחרת כזו: היא מוקטנת ונשמרת במכשיר בלבד, בלי נתוני המיקום שהיו בה, ולא נכללת בגיבוי.
• טביעת אצבע: הזיהוי מתבצע על ידי מערכת ההפעלה, והאפליקציה לא מקבלת ולא שומרת את טביעת האצבע עצמה. כדי לפתוח את הנעילה נשמר במכשיר קוד הנעילה כשהוא מוצפן במפתח: בחומרה המאובטחת של המכשיר כשהדפדפן תומך בכך, ואחרת באחסון IndexedDB של הדפדפן, כמפתח שלא ניתן לייצא.
• יומן שגיאות: אם מתרחשת תקלה, נשמרות במכשיר עד שתי הודעות שגיאה טכניות (תיאור התקלה ומיקומה בקוד), בלי נתונים אישיים. הן מוצגות בתחתית ההגדרות ולא נשלחות לשום מקום.
• תזכורות: נוצרות במכשיר עצמו. אין שרת התראות שמקבל מידע עליך.
• שאלות ל-AI: במכשיר נשמרים מזהה אקראי של המכשיר, זמני השאלות מ-24 השעות האחרונות, סימון של חסימה זמנית (אם הייתה) והאישור שנתת. טקסט השאלות לא נשמר.

מה יוצא מהמכשיר, ורק אם הפעלת זאת

• מזג אוויר: כשמופעלת "הצע יעד גבוה ביום חם", המיקום שלך, מעוגל לדיוק של כ-10 ק״מ, נשלח לשירות Open-Meteo כדי לקבל את הטמפרטורה. לא נשלח שום מידע אחר, מלבד כתובת ה-IP שנחשפת בכל פנייה לאינטרנט.
• רישום בקול: ההקלטה מעובדת על ידי שירות זיהוי הדיבור של הדפדפן. בכרום, למשל, העיבוד מתבצע בשרתים של Google, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
• שאלות ל-AI בעוזר השתייה: רק אם לחצת "לשאול את ה-AI" ואישרת, נשלחים טקסט השאלה, שפת הממשק ומזהה אקראי של המכשיר (מספר שנוצר באפליקציה ואינו קשור אליך) לשרת של האפליקציה (Netlify Functions), ומשם ל-Anthropic, שמפעילה את ה-AI ועונה מתוך ספרייה סגורה של סיכומי מקורות בריאות שנמצאת בשרת שלנו. נתוני השתייה, השם והמשקל לא נשלחים. השרת שלנו לא שומר את השאלה. כדי להגביל את השימוש (עד 5 שאלות ב-24 שעות, וחסימה ל-24 שעות אחרי שאלות לא הולמות) הוא שומר אצל Netlify רק מונים: זמני השאלות לפי גיבוב (hash) חד-כיווני של מזהה המכשיר ושל כתובת ה-IP, וזמנים ישנים מ-24 שעות נמחקים מהם בכל פנייה. כל שאלה נבדקת קודם על ידי ה-AI כדי לוודא שהיא עוסקת במים ובשתייה. Anthropic מעבדת את השאלה לפי התנאים המסחריים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלה, והעיבוד עשוי להתבצע מחוץ לישראל, למשל בארצות הברית. מומלץ לא לכתוב בשאלה פרטים אישיים או רפואיים מזהים. התשובות המוכנות בעוזר נמצאות באפליקציה עצמה, ושום דבר לא נשלח כשקוראים אותן. אפשר לבטל את האישור על ידי "מחק הכול", או פשוט לא לשאול. הקישור "לחפש בגוגל" פותח את Google בדפדפן עם טקסט השאלה, רק אם לוחצים עליו. אם הופעלה באתר בדיקת אנטי-בוט, לפני השליחה הדפדפן טוען את Cloudflare Turnstile, שבודק שהשאלה נשלחת מאדם; Cloudflare מקבלת לשם כך נתונים טכניים של הדפדפן, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלה. התראות התפעול שבעל האפליקציה מקבל כוללות רק מספרים (למשל כמה שאלות נדחו), בלי טקסט השאלות.
• שיתוף: כשבוחרים לשתף קישור לאתגר או תמונת התקדמות, הם נשלחים רק לאן שבחרת (למשל וואטסאפ). קישור האתגר כולל את סוג האתגר, תאריך ההתחלה, ואת השם הפרטי רק אם הזנת אותו. "שיתוף האפליקציה עם חברים" שולח רק את כתובת האתר וטקסט קצר.

אחסון האתר

האפליקציה מתארחת אצל ספק אחסון (כיום Netlify). כמו כל אתר, הספק עשוי לרשום נתונים טכניים של גישה, כמו כתובת IP, זמן וסוג דפדפן, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות של Netlify. הנתונים האלה לא כוללים את רישומי השתייה שלך.

גיבוי

קובץ "גיבוי מלא מוצפן" נוצר במכשיר ומוצפן בסיסמה שבחרת. הוא נשמר רק איפה ששמרת אותו. ללא הסיסמה אי אפשר לפתוח אותו, גם לא על ידינו.

משוב ופניות במייל

כשפונים אלינו במייל, כולל דרך "משוב ודיווח על תקלה" בהגדרות, אנחנו מקבלים את כתובת המייל ואת תוכן ההודעה. כפתור המשוב רק פותח את אפליקציית המייל עם טיוטה, ושום דבר לא נשלח עד שלוחצים על שליחה. הטיוטה כוללת אוטומטית פרטים טכניים: גרסת האפליקציה, השפה, סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר והשגיאה האחרונה, אם הייתה. הם מוצגים לפני פתיחת המייל, לא כוללים נתוני שתייה, ואפשר לערוך או למחוק אותם לפני השליחה. הפנייה משמשת רק כדי להשיב לך ולשפר את האפליקציה, ותימחק לבקשתך.

אבטחת מידע

האפליקציה לא טוענת קוד מאתרים חיצוניים, ומדיניות אבטחה בדפדפן (CSP) חוסמת טעינה כזו. החריג היחיד הוא Cloudflare Turnstile, שנטען רק לפני שליחת שאלה ל-AI, ורק אם בדיקת האנטי-בוט מופעלת. נתוני השתייה שלך לא עוברים דרך שרת שלנו; רק שאלות ל-AI עוברות דרכו, והוא לא שומר אותן. כדאי להפעיל נעילה בקוד, שמצפינה את הנתונים במכשיר. עם זאת, מי שמחזיק את המכשיר כשהוא פתוח, או תוכנה זדונית במכשיר, עלולים לגשת לנתונים, ולכן חשוב לשמור גם על נעילת המסך של המכשיר.

הזכויות שלך

• לצפות בנתונים, לייצא אותם (CSV או גיבוי מוצפן) ולתקן אותם, בכל עת, מתוך האפליקציה.
• למחוק את כל הנתונים: הגדרות ← פרטיות ואבטחה ← "מחק הכול". מחיקת נתוני האתר בדפדפן או הסרת האפליקציה מוחקות אותם גם כן.
• מאחר שהנתונים לא נשמרים אצלנו, אין לנו עותק שלהם שאפשר למסור, לתקן או למחוק. מוני השאלות ל-AI נשמרים בגיבוב חד-כיווני, ולא ניתן לקשר אותם אליך.
• אם פנית אלינו במייל, אפשר לבקש לעיין בפנייה, לתקן אותה או למחוק אותה.

ילדים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. בני נוער מתבקשים להשתמש בה בליווי הורה, ובמידת הצורך לפי הנחיה רפואית.

שינויים במדיניות

אם נוסיף בעתיד יכולות כמו התחברות עם Google, סנכרון בין מכשירים או חיפוש באתרי בריאות כחלק מתשובות ה-AI, נעדכן את המדיניות לפני שהן יופעלו, ונציין אילו נתונים יישמרו בשרת ולמה. השימוש בהן יהיה בהסכמה בלבד.

Privacy Policy

In short

Water Tracker ("the app") keeps your data with you. There is no account, no app server collecting data, no analytics and no ads. The app's only server just passes questions to the AI, if you choose to ask, and does not store them. Everything you log is stored in your browser's storage on your device.

The app is developed and operated by Liav, its owner ("we"). Contact details are at the end of this page.

What is stored, and where

• Drink entries (amount, drink type, time), your goal and settings.
• If you enter them: first name, weight, day notes, urine colour, habits and reminders.
• All of it is stored in the browser's localStorage on your device only. With a passcode lock, data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Quick adds from the lock screen are kept briefly unencrypted, as time and amount only, until the app is opened.
• A wallpaper photo, if you choose one, is resized and kept on your device only, without its location data, and is not included in backups.
• Fingerprint: recognition is handled by your operating system; the app never receives or stores your fingerprint. To unlock, your passcode is kept encrypted with a key: in the device's secure hardware when the browser supports it, otherwise in the browser's IndexedDB storage as a non-exportable key.
• Error log: if something goes wrong, up to two technical error messages (what failed and where in the code) are kept on the device, with no personal data. They are shown at the bottom of Settings and never sent anywhere.
• Reminders: created on the device itself. There is no notification server that receives information about you.
• AI questions: the device keeps a random device ID, the times of questions from the last 24 hours, a temporary block marker (if any) and your consent. Question text is not stored.

What leaves the device, only if you turn it on

• Weather: with "Suggest a higher goal on hot days", your location, rounded to about 10 km, is sent to Open-Meteo to get the temperature. Nothing else is sent, apart from the IP address that every internet request reveals.
• Voice entry: audio is processed by the browser's speech service. In Chrome, for example, this runs on Google's servers under Google's privacy policy.
• AI questions in the drinking assistant: only if you tap "Ask the AI" and agree, the question text, the interface language and a random device ID (a number created by the app, not linked to you) are sent to the app's server (Netlify Functions) and from there to Anthropic, which runs the AI and answers from a closed library of health-source summaries kept on our server. Your drinking data, name and weight are not sent. Our server does not store the question. To limit use (up to 5 questions in 24 hours, and a 24-hour block after inappropriate questions) it keeps only counters at Netlify: the times of questions under a one-way hash of the device ID and of the IP address, and times older than 24 hours are removed from them on every request. Each question is first checked by the AI to make sure it is about water and drinking. Anthropic processes the question under its commercial terms and privacy policy, and processing may take place outside Israel, for example in the United States. Please avoid writing personal or identifying medical details in the question. The ready answers in the assistant are part of the app itself, and nothing is sent when you read them. You can withdraw consent with "Delete everything", or simply not ask. The "Search on Google" link opens Google in your browser with the question text, only if you tap it. If a bot check is turned on for the site, the browser loads Cloudflare Turnstile before sending, to check that a person is asking; Cloudflare receives technical browser data for this under its privacy policy. Operational alerts sent to the app owner contain only numbers (for example how many questions were rejected), never question text.
• Sharing: challenge links and progress images go only where you choose to send them. A challenge link contains the challenge type, start date, and your first name only if you entered one. "Share the app with friends" sends only the site address and a short text.

Hosting

The app is hosted by a hosting provider (currently Netlify), which may log technical access data such as IP address, time and browser type for security and operations, under Netlify's privacy policy. This does not include your drink data.

Backups

An encrypted backup file is created on your device and encrypted with your password. Without the password it cannot be opened, including by us.

Feedback and email

When you email us, including through "Feedback and bug report" in Settings, we receive your email address and your message. The feedback button only opens your email app with a draft; nothing is sent until you press send. The draft automatically includes technical details: the app version, language, browser and device type, and the last error, if any. They are shown before the email opens, contain no drinking data, and you can edit or remove them before sending. Your message is used only to reply and to improve the app, and is deleted on request.

Security

The app loads no code from other websites, and a browser security policy (CSP) blocks it. The only exception is Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only before an AI question is sent, and only if the bot check is turned on. Your drinking data never passes through a server of ours; only AI questions do, and the server does not store them. Turning on the passcode lock encrypts your data on the device. Still, anyone holding the device while it is unlocked, or malware on it, may access the data, so keep your device's screen lock on too.

Your rights

• View, export (CSV or encrypted backup) and correct your data at any time in the app.
• Delete everything: Settings → Privacy and security → "Delete everything". Clearing site data or uninstalling also deletes it.
• Because we do not store your data, we have no copy to provide, correct or delete. AI question counters are kept under a one-way hash and cannot be linked to you.
• If you emailed us, you can ask to see, correct or delete your message.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Teenagers should use it with a parent and, where relevant, according to medical advice.

Changes

If features such as Google sign-in, cross-device sync or health-website search as part of AI answers are added, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and they will be opt-in.
