הצהרת נגישות

המחויבות שלנו

אנחנו רוצים שכל אדם, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות, יוכל להשתמש באפליקציית "מעקב מים" בקלות ובעצמאות. האפליקציה נבנתה ונבדקה כדי לעמוד בדרישות של חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח-1998, ותקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013.

רמת הנגישות

האפליקציה מותאמת לתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA, ונבדקה גם מול WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA. האפליקציה פועלת כאתר וכאפליקציה מותקנת (PWA) עם אותו קוד ואותם שירותים, כך שההתאמות חלות על שתיהן.

מה הותאם

  • התאמות נגישות: בהגדרות, תחת "התאמות נגישות". הן כוללות הגדלת טקסט עד 130%, ניגודיות גבוהה, עצירת אנימציות, ריווח טקסט מוגדל, הדגשת קישורים ומיקוד, כפתורים גדולים וצבעים לעיוורון צבעים.
  • קוראי מסך: לכפתורים, לחלונות ולגרפים יש תוויות טקסט (ARIA). שינויים כמו הוספת שתייה, תשובות של עוזר השתייה ואזהרות מוכרזים לקורא המסך. המבנה מותאם לקוראי מסך כמו TalkBack.
  • מקלדת: כל הפעולות מופעלות דרך כפתורים אמיתיים (button) וזמינות מהמקלדת, יש קישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי", המיקוד נראה בבירור, ו-Esc סוגר חלונות.
  • תצוגה: ניגודיות צבעים לפי AA, תצוגה תקינה ברוחב 320 פיקסלים ובהגדלת טקסט בלי גלילה הצידה, ותמיכה במצב כהה ובהגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של המכשיר.
  • מידע לא רק בצבע: מצבים מסומנים גם בטקסט ובסימנים (✓, אחוזים, מספרים), ולא רק בצבע.
  • שפות וכיווניות: עברית, ערבית, אנגלית, ספרדית, צרפתית, רוסית וסינית, עם כיוון טקסט נכון ושפת עמוד מוגדרת.
  • בלי מגבלת זמן: אין פעולות שנדרש להשלים בזמן מוגבל. הנעילה האוטומטית היא אופציונלית.

איך נבדק

בדיקה אוטומטית של כללי WCAG בכל המסכים והחלונות: שמות נגישים לרכיבים, ניגודיות צבעים, גודל אזורי לחיצה והתאמה לרוחב 320 פיקסלים. בנוסף נבדקו ניווט במקלדת, סגירת חלונות ב-Esc, והתצוגה במצבים בהיר, כהה וניגודיות גבוהה ובכל ערכות הנושא.

מגבלות ידועות

  • מפת החום והגרפים הם ייצוג חזותי. הנתונים שלהם זמינים גם כטקסט, בסיכומים ובדוח 30 יום.
  • רישום בקול תלוי בשירות הדיבור של הדפדפן, ולא פועל בכל דפדפן. תמיד אפשר לרשום בכתב או בכפתורים.
  • תמונת רקע שהמשתמש בוחר עלולה להפחית את הניגודיות. במצב ניגודיות גבוהה הרקע מוסתר.
  • בדיקת האנטי-בוט של Cloudflare, לפני שאלה ל-AI, היא רכיב של צד שלישי. בדרך כלל היא לא נראית, אבל אם היא מציגה אתגר, הנגישות שלו תלויה ב-Cloudflare. התשובות המוכנות בעוזר השתייה והקישור לחיפוש בגוגל זמינים תמיד, גם בלי הבדיקה.

רכז הנגישות ופניות

אפשר לפנות גם דרך "משוב ודיווח על תקלה" בתחתית ההגדרות, ולבחור "נגישות". בפנייה מומלץ לציין את סוג המכשיר והדפדפן, את המסך שבו נתקלתם בבעיה ותיאור קצר שלה. נשתדל להשיב בהקדם.

Our commitment

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use Water Tracker easily and independently, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act (1998) and the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013).

Conformance

The app targets Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and was also checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The website and the installed app (PWA) share the same code and services.

What we did

  • Accessibility adjustments: in Settings, under "Accessibility adjustments". They offer text size up to 130%, high contrast, stop animations, increased text spacing, link and focus highlighting, larger buttons and a colour-blind palette.
  • Screen readers: ARIA labels on buttons, dialogs and charts; live announcements for changes, assistant answers and warnings; structured for screen readers such as TalkBack.
  • Keyboard: all actions use real buttons and are keyboard-operable, a skip link, a visible focus indicator, Esc closes dialogs.
  • Display: AA colour contrast, correct layout at 320 px width and with enlarged text without horizontal scrolling, dark mode, reduced motion.
  • Not colour alone: states are also shown with text and symbols.
  • Languages: Hebrew, Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Russian and Chinese, with correct text direction and page language.
  • No time limits: nothing must be completed within a time limit; auto-lock is optional.

How we tested

Automated WCAG checks on all screens and dialogs: accessible names, colour contrast, target size and reflow at 320 px. Also keyboard navigation, closing dialogs with Esc, and light, dark, high-contrast and all theme modes.

Known limitations

  • The heat map and charts are visual; their data is also available as text in summaries and the 30-day report.
  • Voice entry depends on the browser's speech service; typing and buttons always work.
  • A custom wallpaper may reduce contrast; it is hidden in high-contrast mode.
  • Cloudflare's bot check before an AI question is a third-party component. It is usually invisible, but if it shows a challenge, its accessibility depends on Cloudflare. The ready answers in the drinking assistant and the Google search link are always available without it.
